My study pages are not showing #

Refresh permalinks (Settings → Permalinks → Save Changes). Then confirm the study is public: One-Name Studies → Settings, and tick Public pages. Private entries and living-linked people are never shown, by design.

A CSV import finished but no occurrences appeared #

Check the column-matching step mapped your columns to study fields (name, place, date). Re-import and map each column; every import is a record set you can undo from the Import tab.

The distribution map is blank #

The map only shades counties you have assigned. Assign historic counties to your places on the Distribution tab.

Can I run more than one study on a site? #

One surname study per site, in every edition. Use a separate site or multisite subsite for each additional study.

Will it change or clean up my data? #

Never. Names, dates and places are stored exactly as recorded; standardised values are stored separately and stay correctable. Importing never merges or overwrites.

Can I get my data back out? #

Always and completely - the occurrence CSV and GEDCOM export are free and always will be.
