The workbench is private by definition. The plugin has no shortcodes, no public pages and no front-end output of any kind - there is nothing for a visitor to find.

Who can see what #

Every screen requires the capability to manage the site's options. Captured files are withheld from the REST media listing, attachment pages and the media library for anyone without it. As with any WordPress upload, a direct file link still opens for whoever has it.

Export - always free, always complete #

• Artefacts CSV - the artefact register.
• Research log CSV - the whole log.
• Full archive - a ZIP with the CSV files, your captured files and a manifest.

The archive is assembled completely before the download starts, so a failure reaches you as a message rather than a truncated file. There is no cap, no trial and no limit on export in either edition: your research is yours.

Uninstalling #

On the Export tab you can choose whether uninstalling deletes the plugin's data. Left alone, uninstalling removes the plugin's own options and working copies - abandoned imports, staged spreadsheets and export scratch folders - and leaves your artefacts, questions and log in place. Tick the option and the six plugin tables go too. Your family tree data is never touched either way.
