Family Index Pages

Shortcode and Gutenberg block indexes can be created that can display sorted by:

• surname (default) - alphabetical by surname, displays as "Smith, John". Grouped A-Z
• firstname - alphabetical by first name. Grouped A-Z
• fullname - alphabetical by full name string. Grouped A-Z
• birthdate - chronological, grouped by century (1400s, 1500s, etc.). People with no birth date go into an "Unknown" group at the end
