Research Hub is a full research platform with sources, citations, collaboration, timelines, reports, and AI tools. It's for serious researchers, professionals, and organisations.
Can I use both plugins together?
Yes. They are separate plugins and serve different purposes. You might use Family Trees for a public-facing display while managing your detailed research in Research Hub, for example.
I was a WPGenealogy customer. Does this apply to me?
AncestorPress Research Hub is the successor to WPGenealogy, rebuilt under the AncestorPress brand. If you held a WPGenealogy licence, please contact us at support and we will discuss migration options.
Do AI features require a separate subscription?
AI features are included in the Professional plan. You can use our managed API quota or provide your own Anthropic API key. Standard plan users can add AI features as a separate purchase.
What is your refund policy?
